Here at JG7 we support grassroots clubs by providing team coaching and assistance with both training sessions and match days. Experienced in working across Hampshire, offering flexible support to clubs of all sizes to help develop players, enhance team performance, and create positive, engaging football environments. Available to contribute to regular coaching programmes, matchday management, player development, and the overall growth of clubs throughout the county.

Team Coaching
At JG7 Club Coaching, we provide professional football coaching for clubs and teams of all ages and ability levels. We have proudly worked with a number of clubs across Hampshire, including Pace Youth F.C. and Romsey Town Youth F.C., supporting the development of both boys’ and girls’ teams.
Coach Mentoring
Coach mentoring provides personalised support to help young players develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. Our programme includes bespoke one-to-one coaching, co-coaching support where appropriate, and observational analysis with constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
Coach Education (CPDs)
At JG7 we provide tailored workshops and development sessions for teams, clubs, and individual coaches. Covering the five corners of player development—technical, tactical, physical, psychological, and social—our CPDs equip coaches with the knowledge and practical strategies to create engaging, player-centred environments that support children of all ages and abilities.
